Morning receive the call from starhub.. Wa I can said No word can describe.. It is terrible.. The lady told me the one who do follow up has not do the follow up which make tat the appt is not schedule.. Now wan to re-schedule for me.. It told me a wk or a MONTH!!! I heard a month I super piss off lo.. Come on.. Is u all nv follow up well n miss out my appt u wan to re-schedule but u told me maybe a month.. U think I can accept it!!! If tell me by a wk I dun mind.. Now is A MONTH!
