Piss off is the word I can said for today..Taken leave for today due to starhub ppl coming over to fix the Fibre optic internet.. My appt is 4pm-6pm.. Waited until abt 5.5o plus I decide to call d customer service..

1st call d guy said no appt show that I have make for today.. I ask them to double check with sales dept and get back to me.. Waited for few min I call back..

2nd call another guy ans said tat yes I do have appointment for today..He not sure y tech nv show up or maybe something hold up the tech.. So he said will check for me with sales dept n update me again later..

Waited for a half n hr no call.. I decide to call sales dept.. One of the guy listen n told yes there is appointment at 4pm-6pm.. They also not sure y tech nv show up..He will check for me with the tech side n update asap..

Waited for a hr! No call until I super piss off as it is 8pm le.. No ans! I call up tech dept myself.. The tech told me tat I dun have any appointment as sale dept nv confirm the appointment.. By the time they told me tat I can tell u! I super duper piss off. WTH they r doing.. Somemore push here n there the blame.. I told the tech off tat I wan the thing to fix by tml.. He said will ask sales dept contact me n set the time for tml.. I knw sales will drag their time to call me so I ask the tech to give me a time tat Sales dept will call me.. I dun wan to be the idiot who wait for their damn call.. He told me 10 plus.. Ok I wait!

Wasted my leave n time lo! Enough of complain..
